Gemma & Sam staying in the Forager during May 2018
2020 Bookings and our Coronavirus guarantee
In line with the government's updates we are temporarily closed. We are taking bookings for beyond the government's closure and during 2020 all bookings affected by Coronavirus can be postponed until later this year. We will keep an eye on things and move in accordance with changes in official advice. We are all set to reopen once government advice allows it; with only three accommodations, each being self contained and having space around them to allow guests to enjoy the outside, we feel this is a great place to come for a respite from it all. In the meantime we are using this time to make some exciting new changes that we look forward to sharing with you...
Take care and stay safe everyone.
There are two Shepherd's huts and a Yurt in the forest garden which each have the option of private hot tub which can be booked with the accomodation.
The Artisan is in its own private garden completely surrounded in a hornbeam hedge.
The Forager is central in the Forest garden and has open views over open countryside.
The Nomad is furthest east - it is very private and enjoys same glorious views as the Forager.
From each hut you do not see any other buildings roads etc and they are very peaceful.
The main farm is to the NW of the huts, close enough to make it convenient to reach the hut, but far enough not to feel disturbed.
The Astronomer (available from August 2020) is further west tucked away in its own separate copse and also has the option of a hot tub. It has a panoramic glass roof above the bed making it perfect for studying our dark skies!

How to Book
The entire farm is a non smoking area. Discarded cigarette butts can present health risks to wild animals because of indiscriminate eating behaviours. Because we are here to care for the environment and the wildlife we live along side we do not have any smoking on the farm. Thank you!
Our minimum stay is 2 nights, but we sometimes accept single nights during midweeks in low season. Please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like a single night.
Unfortunately we cannot take pets as we have very free range ducks that literally waddle past the shepherd's huts.
Step 1 Select check-in and check out date.
Step 2 Check if the hut is available and click on Book Now.
Step 3 Select any extras (hampers, hot tub or even another hut) Your total price will be given.
