Room Deposits / Cancellation Policy

For check-ins less than 28 days from the date of booking payment in full is required at the time of booking. For check-ins later than 28 days from the date of booking a 30% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance due 28 days ahead of check-in. 

Accommodation payments are non-refundable.

Bookings can often be moved up to a month in advance of check in.  Please note all changes need to be made via email.

Smoking & Vaping

Please note the whole farm is a no-smoking/vaping area. If any evidence of smoking in a hut is detected following a stay then an additional deep cleaning charge of £25 will be added to your bill and charged to the card used for the booking, payable immediately.

Payment Transactions

All payment transactions are handled by a third party payment gateway whose secure transaction processing environment exceeds industry standards such as PCI DSS. We do not process any payment cards details on our own website.
