To preserve absolute peace and guarantee you never have to share, we operate an exclusive, guest-only reservation system. You can easily book the BBQ hut through your digital Guest Portal before or during your stay. 

Guaranteed Privacy: Enjoy the BBQ hut completely to yourself during your reserved time. 

Every guest can reserve either an evening or lunchtime slot which includes local Dorset charcoal  to cook with.  Before placing your booking please check with us your time slot is free and we’ll hold your time once you have placed your booking through your Guest Portal.

If you require a cast iron pan or Dutch Oven simply let us know at time of booking and we’ll bring them down at your time slot.  

Once finished leave the pans and we’ll take them away to clean!
